OV04685-H67A Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into Die packages. There should be a voltage of 2.8V on the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray for protection. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
