71-BCPGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V on the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk so they don't get damaged. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 64 dB. 4/2.99 inch is the optical format of the image sensor, as specified. 71 pins are available on the image sensor. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
