TJA1042TK/3/1J Description
An interface between a Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and the actual two-wire CAN bus is provided by the TJA1042 high-speed CAN transceiver. The transceiver is made for high-speed CAN applications in the automobile industry, giving (a microcontroller with) a CAN protocol controller the differential transmit and receive functionality.
