TEA1999TS/2H Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for it. In order to save space, it comes in the SC-74, SOT-457 package. It is obstructing Surface Mount. Temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ when functioning. Because of its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Active/Synchronous Rectification Controller. High efficiency can be achieved with a 0V~21V supply voltage. It utilizes an analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER. A total of 250μA current is supplied. The electrical component belongs to the series GreenChip™.
