TEA1998TS/1H Overview
A package of Tape & Reel (TR) contains it. To save space, it is offered in the SC-74, SOT-457 package. The mounting is done according to Surface Mount. In order for the system to function properly, the temperature must be kept at -40°C~150°C. Because of its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier. Due to the low 60V supply voltage, the system is capable of high efficiency. The pin count is 6. Currently, there is 250μA current being supplied. Electrical components such as this can be found in the GreenChip™ series.
