MC9S08DZ32ACLC Description
The MC9S08DZ32ACLC is an 8-bit Embedded CAN Microcontroller with CISC architecture that operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. It is based on an enhanced HCS08 CPU (20MHz bus). It incorporates 32kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, an analogue comparator, a can, a 10-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 26 general-purpose I/O pins.
