BUK9K25-40EX Description
The BUK9K25-40EX is a Dual N-channel 40 V, 29 mΩ logic level MOSFET. Using TrenchMOS technology, a dual logic level N-channel MOSFET is housed in an LFPAK56D (Dual Power-SO8) package. For use in high performance automotive applications, this product has been designed and certified to the AEC Q101 standard.
