MC36190 Overview
Into Radial packages, PTC thermistors are put to prevent damage. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 85°C. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 90V voltage. A DC circuit uses 90V to rate these thermistors. PTC thermistors should produce 1.3W heat.
