MC33182 Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Radial packages. Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 85°C in order for it to work. A PTC thermistor could provide 90V voltage when operating. thermistors have been rated for 90V in DC circuits. When PTC thermistors produce heat, they should be at 2.1W.
