MINISMDC260-2 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1812 packages. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 6V voltage. PTC thermistors are designed for 100A current. PTC thermistors produce 0.6W heat. PTC thermistors should not have a current greater than 100A.
