MC33157 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 30V voltage. The voltage for which these thermistors are rated is 30V in a DC circuit. Heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 600mW.
