PRF18BG471QB2RB Overview
A 0603 package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A minimum operating temperature of -20°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 150°C. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 32V. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 100μA current.
