MPQ6411GS Overview
Packaging is in the form of a Tube. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Watchdog Circuit products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA.
