MP6528GR-P Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~60V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.
