ISL6612IBZ Overview
Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Many related parts can be found under its base part number ISL6612.A high-side voltage can be set up to 36V (Bootstrap).
