MP2227DQ-LF-Z Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 24V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 21.6V, which is the highest available.
