ISL8022IRZ-T Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 2.25MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2A 1.7A output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. The ISL8022 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator.
