MA300GQ-Z Overview
16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are used to protect linear position measuring sensors. A Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this electronic component. The minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C to make sure the angle position measuring sensors perform normally. It is important to note, however, that angle position measuring sensors cannot operate above 125°C. For safe operation, the linear position measurement sensor's supply voltage must not exceed 30V.
