JANTXV1N5300-1 Overview
Buck boost converter is included in the package Bulk.In the same manner as DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial, voltage regulator is packaged.Current regulator is mounted by Through Hole.The operating temperature should not exceed -65°C~175°C.The input voltage of 100V Max is supported as an input voltage.This electronic part is mounted in the way of Through Hole.Taking into account the output current of 1.3mA, it is able to provide maximum design flexibility for the designer.The maximum supply voltage of 100V is supported by it.There are FPGAs of this type in the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series.It operates with the maximal operating temperature of 175°C to ensure its reliability.Operation should be performed at a temperature greater than -65°C.
