STEF12SGR Overview
In package Tape & Reel (TR), buck boost converter is included.Voltage regulator is packaged in the way of 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad.Current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.In order to ensure the correct operation of the system, the temperature should not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.There is a support for voltages of 18V as input voltages for this voltage regulator.In addition to the maximum design flexibility that 3.6A provides, its output current is also quite high.
