As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Embedded in the Die package is this Clock PLL. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 250MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 2.97V~3.63V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 70°C with a reduced performance.
