Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 56 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
