Clock ICs are packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 160MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage provided. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
