Using the Bulk package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V.
