RP503L152A-TR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1.5V. If 85°C is less than or equal to the maximum operating temperature, then voltage regulator 12v must be lowered. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C. The maximum switching frequency of the regulator is 2300kHz, which is used to operate it. Unique technique can be used to allow DC DC switching regulator's input voltages with maximal values of 5.5V. It is provided with a dc to dc voltage regulator's voltage input (Min) for 2.5V. Switching regulator with 6 pins for DC-DC power.
