Op amp is packaged in SOT-23 case. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape and Reel case. Linear amplifier includes 6 pins. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 200μV voltage. The voltage gain should stay at 126dB. It should not lower than -40°C to operate buffer amplifier.
