SP708EN/TR Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA.
