RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 700MHz~1.1GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.20-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
