HMC925LC5 Overview
A frequency of 5.5GHz~8.6GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 130mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
