MAX6896AAZT/V+T Overview
There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, it has 6 pins on IC management. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.5V for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 10μA is the recommended value. You can always use MAX6896, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
