MAX6394US300D4+T Overview
It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.6V volt supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. Power management has a total of 4 pins. The pins of the power management system count 4. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Among other features, IC power can be also taken advantage of [0], for instance. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6394, the base PMIC number. It requires 3/5V watts of power to operate this voltage supervisor. A maximum supply temperature of 15μA can be used.
