MAX6377XR27 Overview
It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. 3 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. There is a requirement for 1.5/5V power to power this power management.
