0Hz~26GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad package.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 16 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
