MAX16997AAUA/V+T Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. As a reference, this IC power includes 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Watchdog Circuit products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 5V.
