There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 4 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.2V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
