There are 56 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 8 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other System Manager products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 8 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In total, IC powers are 56 pins on the board. 56 pins are present on the power management system. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain, Push-Pull as the output voltage.
