DS1851E-010 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3.3V volts is required. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~95°C range. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tube. It is designed with 8 terminations.
