DS1821S/T&R Overview
Safety is ensured by the packaging of these analog sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packages to prevent damage to the devices. In order to operate properly, this sensor has 8 pins. It is possible for the analog sensors to supply 1mA current when they are functioning. DC circuits should not exceed 5.5V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. However, this magnetic switch can be used to supply DC circuits with voltages as low as 2.7V. It is possible for the analog sensors to produce 5.5V voltage when they are operating. A temperature of 125°C can be set for the analog sensors' maximum operating temperature. In order for this sensor to function, the operating temperature must not be lower than -55°C.
