DS1815R-20-U+ Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 3. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 0V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 35μA. The IC power comes from the well-known EconoReset series.
