DS1212+ Overview


A package containing materials from Tube is provided. In order to save board space, it is provided in the 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm). As a type of Nonvolatile RAM, it provides high quality and reliable performance. Setting the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C is recommended. Normal operation of 4.75V~5.5V requires the supply of voltage. The mount is constructed using the Through Hole technique. The transmission line ends are terminated with 28 terminations in order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end. 5V is the supply voltage of the device. The pin configuration is 28. It is the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that determines the reflow temperature limit of 260. The transmission of data is ensured through the use of 3 channels. An analog IC of type POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT is used in this device. A minimum supply voltage of greater than 4.5V should be used. Providing a voltage as high as 5.5V does not result in any degradation of characteristics or damage to the circuit internals.
