DS1100Z-75 Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The device features an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred. DUAL is the location of the terminals.
