DS1100LZ-150+T Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tape & Reel (TR). Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 3V~3.6V ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 3.3V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable. If the maximum supply voltage is 3.6V, the system should be able to operate. Surface Mount is mounted in the way. For certain applications, the device operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V.
