DS1135Z-10+ Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
