This product is available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. There is a 3V~3.6V power supply used in this device. . Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.5V 0.8V. There is a voltage 0.6V 2V on this device for high-level I/Os. This is a logic gate solution based on 16 technology. In order to allow for easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. It is recommended to use the 8.1mA supply current to keep the PMIC working normally. In this case, 3.3V can be used to supply the device. It is possible to use this device at a frequency up to 20MHz. This PMIC has a memory size 8kB which is incorporated into it. Memory FLASH is utilised by the PMIC.
