ADE7768ARZ Overview
Tubeipped up in a box. A package named 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). It can also be used as a Single Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. 4.75V~5.25V power supply is used to power it. . Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.5V 0.8V. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 2.4V 4V 4.5V for high-level I/Os on its pins. There are 16 terminations on the part. A powerful PMIC analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC. The normal voltage required for this part is 5V. There is a need for users to be aware that this device can be operated only with a voltage level of 4.75V or higher.
