Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). An example of a 64-LQFP package is shown below. This device can be used as a Single Phase, Dual Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. A memory size of 8kB has been incorporated in this PMIC. This PMIC utilizes FLASH memory.
