MAX71315ECQ+W Overview
Packing in Tube. An example of a 100-LQFP package is shown below. There is an option for Surface Mount. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. There is no limit to the frequency that can be used by this device. A memory size of 256kB has been incorporated in this PMIC. This PMIC utilizes FLASH memory.
