PD15-21B/TR8 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 32V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit should experience a maximum heat release of 150mW when photodiodes are used. With reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes can work properly. Without light, a photodiode has 10nA current.
