MTAPD-06-015 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-3 Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 120V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously.
