PDB-C165 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. For photodiodes to work, breakdown voltage should be 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
